Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Whilst by using our website and services you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and other rules and guidelines published by us. These terms and conditions are in effect from January 2024.

 

Appointments

 

Your first appointment will consist of an initial consultation which may include gathering past medical history, health assessment, postural analysis and range of motion testing; this is to help determine the cause of symptoms and ensure your injury/condition can be treated effectively.

 

If your therapist considers you to not be following any reasonable instructions during your appointment, then your therapist may at the time stop your appointment and not continue. You will at our discretion still be liable for the full fee of the appointment.

 

Please ensure you arrive on time ot your appointment. If you are late to your appointment, it will begin when you arrive and still finish at the scheduled time.

 

Appointment Cost

 

The fees for each appointment are clearly listed on the website and are confirmed by you at the time of booking. We do not require you to pay for the appointments in advance to allow for unavoidable last-minute cancellations to not be charged, but if you do not show up for your appointment you will be liable for the full fee for that appointment. You are personally liable for all fees incurred, including cancellation fees.

 

We reserve the right to raise fees for our services or discontinue certain services without prior notice to ensure a maximum standard or service is retained.

 

Package Deals

 

We do offer package deals as displayed on the website and bookings portal, please ask your therapist for more details.
